Public Speaking - The Critical First 5 Minutes

Public Speaking - The Critical First 5 Minutes:

In your public speaking and seminars, the first 5 minutes are make-or-break for 3 important reasons:

1. You MUST grab the audience's attention right off the bat and make them say to themselves, "wow, I can't wait to hear what this guy's (or gal) has to say.

2. You must MUST establish your authority and credibility right away or your risk them not believing a word you say.

3. You MUST have the first 5 minutes of your presentation "down cold" because that way you'll easily slide through any remaining jitters or stage fright you have lingering.
